TIG Management is an industrial and commercial construction and maintenance company in Memphis, Tennessee. They engaged SandStorm IT to re-engineer their maintenance ticket management system.
This application is where their commercial maintenance customers submit requests (tickets) for needed repairs and maintenance on their facilities. The tickets are managed through a workflow from ticket submission to review & approval to assignment to validation & closure.
SandStorm IT rebuilt their ticket management application using the Ruby on Rails platform (a modern, high performance, rapid application development platform) as a hosted web application available from any browser - desktop to mobile phone. SandStorm IT also built a smartphone mobile app as a companion application on both the iOS and Android platforms.
